Chains

We focus on the fundamental principles of chain manufacturing to create a perfect product. These principles dictate that a roller chain is used to connect two sprockets and transfer torque. The roller chain consists of a series of internal and external links connected to form a flexible assembly. We draw upon our knowledge and experience to further enhance precision and engineering. Each component is meticulously crafted for superior quality and durability, from exceptional raw materials to advanced production processes.

The outer links consist of two plates connected by two pins, which are pressed into each plate. The pins in the outer link pass through the inside of the rollers when the inner and outer links are assembled. The pins can rotate freely inside the rollers. The inner links consist of two plates connected by two hollow rollers, which are pressed into each plate. The sprocket teeth contact the surface of the rollers when the chain encounters the sprocket. The pitch is the distance between the centers of two adjacent pins. Common pitches are 0.25″, known as #25, and 0.375″ (#35). A driver’s safety and comfort are our primary motivations for manufacturing the best product. Finished samples of our manufactured chains undergo rigorous testing in state-of-the-art, high-speed, and high-load testing laboratories to evaluate their performance and maintain international standards. All chains are pre-lubricated with special lubricants to ensure a long service life.

We also manufacture an O-ring chain that surpasses competitor replacement parts. During the O-ring chain manufacturing process, we place a rubber seal between the inner and outer chain plates, keeping dust particles out and preventing grease leakage. The ultimate benefits of this remarkable process are reduced stretching, quiet operation, long service life, and infrequent lubrication.

Features of Elprao-ring chains

Between the inner and outer plates of the roller chain is a rubber seal, which prevents dust particles from entering and grease from escaping. This eliminates the need to re-grease the chain. Therefore, the advantages of an O-ring chain are reduced stretch, quieter operation, a longer lifespan, and less frequent lubrication.
