Our brake pads are manufactured using a variant of Q-235 B. The coating on all these brake pads has a high metallic content, is asbestos-free, and environmentally friendly, along with smoother edges compared to others on the market. This semi-metallic material results in comfortable braking performance, increased wear resistance, minimal brake disc wear, improved pedal feel, and low noise levels. These features ensure efficiency on dry, wet, cold, or hot surfaces.

Importance of the tests:
Wear testing is carried out to predict performance under wear and to investigate the mechanism of wear. Two specific reasons are as follows: –
- From a material point of view, the test is performed to evaluate the wear property of a material in order to determine if it is suitable for a specific wear application.
- The coefficient of friction is a value that shows the relationship between the frictional force between the brake pad and the brake disc. It is also used to determine the normal reaction between the objects involved.
