Raw Material

Our levers are made from high-quality ZL104 with a 4-grade copper plating. This material has a high copper content, which means it offers exceptional durability, improved performance, and a long lifespan. ZL104 increases a material's resistance to breaking under stress or load. It also improves a material's tensile strength, allowing it to withstand the maximum amount of tensile stress before breaking. Forged aluminum-copper alloys respond to heat treatment and subsequent aging with increased strength and hardness and decreased elongation.
