Shock absorbers

Our shock absorbers undergo rigorous international quality inspections at every stage of production, ensuring our superior quality. With this benchmark, we manufacture approximately 100,000 units per month across a wide range of around 100 different models. Our efficient production lead times, guaranteeing prompt delivery, and optimized manufacturing processes enable us to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and unparalleled quality.

Characteristics:

  • Wide range (traditional and monoshock) that adapt to various motorcycle models
  • High Resistance
  • Hard chrome/nickel plated piston rod for smooth operation
  • Use of high-quality materials for suspension springs to improve durability
  • Optimized suspension system design to withstand high workloads

Raw Material

Our superior quality is due to our SGS-approved factories, where products achieve perfection using countless quality parameters. We use a minimal BOP (buyer's parts) to maintain complete quality control.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing facilities give us an edge over other Chinese products. With a fully automated line requiring minimal manual intervention, we are a leading manufacturer of shock absorbers. The core component of the shock absorber, the spring, is also manufactured in-house to ensure consistent quality control.

Cavitation test: Cavitation is the presence of air or other contaminating particles inside the shock absorber. The presence of air causes increased friction between the piston and the cylinder wall. In this test, the temperature is maintained at 20°C and the speed is allowed ±5%. Cavitation is checked in different cycles: 5, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500.

In this test, the internal forces of a damper are measured using a moving hydraulic system. Load, displacement, and velocity measurements are recorded to create hysteresis curves that accurately show the effects of frequency, displacement, and temperature on a damper. Test samples can be soaked at controlled temperature and humidity before each cycle, or the test can be performed in an environmental chamber. If the damping force graph is symmetrical about the origin, then the damping and compression are equal, and the damper is OK.

Friction force test:

Friction force is the sum of unwanted forces acting on the shock absorber. These forces include the forces between the oil and contaminated particles, viscous forces within the oil, and the force between the piston and cylinder. The fewer the friction forces, the better the quality of the shock absorber. Virtually zero friction is impossible.
