The ignition key set consists of 8 different pieces: fuel tank cap, lock, helmet lock, security bolt, side handle lock, keys, ignition cylinder, and seat lock. We use ADC12, which has a high copper content. Simply put, this means exceptional durability and longevity. ADC12 increases a material’s resistance to breaking under stress or load. It also improves a material’s tensile strength, allowing it to withstand the maximum amount of stress and tension before breaking. Aluminum-copper alloys, often with other additions, form important alloy families. Both cast and forged aluminum-copper alloys respond to heat treatment and subsequent aging with increased elongation.
Strengths
- Use of high-grade raw materials
- High-grade copper keys to prevent oxidation
- High durability
- Rigorous quality control
- Raw Material
- Manufacturing
- Evidence
The products are manufactured using high-quality raw materials: acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polypropylene (PP), aluminum (ADC-12) and zinc.
We trust the aluminum alloy because:
- It is a lightweight and structural material
- It is corrosion resistant
- Withstands high temperatures

Zinc Composition
Another important raw material used is zinc. The zinc alloy used to make carburetors is known as Zamak 3. It is the first choice when considering zinc for die casting for several reasons:
- Excellent balance of the most desirable physical and mechanical properties.
- Excellent properties for casting and long-term dimensional stability.
- Excellent finishing characteristics for plating, painting and chrome plating treatments.
- Achieve high levels of accuracy.
- It exhibits greater wear resistance

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
ABS combines the strength and rigidity of acrylonitrile and styrene polymers with the toughness of polybutadiene rubber. While the production cost of ABS is approximately twice that of polystyrene, it is considered superior due to its hardness, gloss, strength, and electrical insulation properties. ABS also has strong resistance to corrosive chemicals and/or physical impact. It is very easy to machine, lightweight, and has a low melting point, making it particularly easy to use in injection molding processes. Metal coatings adhere to ABS very well.
Propylene (PP)
We also use another highly beneficial raw material called polypropylene (PP). Polypropylene is a very useful plastic for injection molding. Despite its semi-crystalline nature, polypropylene is easy to mold and flows very well due to its low viscosity in the molten state. This property significantly improves the speed at which you can fill a mold with the material. Shrinkage in polypropylene is approximately 1-2%, but it can vary depending on several factors, such as pressure time, holding time, melt temperature, mold wall thickness, mold temperature, and the percentage and type of additives. Our superior wrench sets take full advantage of the benefits of PP and prove to be the perfect replacement parts your perfect vehicle deserves.
We use PP due to the following advantages:-
- High availability and relatively inexpensive
- High flexural strength due to its semi-crystalline nature
- High resistance to moisture
- Improved chemical resistance across a wide range of bases and acids
- Good fatigue resistance and impact resistance
- Excellent electrical insulator

Each set of locks manufactured is tested to international standards. Life cycle assessment is performed by testing each ignition switch for a minimum of 20,000 cycles. The inspection of the aluminum and zinc raw materials is carried out using a spectrometer, which is far superior for verifying the material composition of all sub-components to ensure quality. We are passionate about creating replacement parts in the best possible way, and our 100% quality inspection of products during production guarantees quality.
