ADC12, with its high copper content, simply put means exceptional durability and a long service life. ADC12 increases a material's strength. Aluminum and copper alloys, both cast and forged, respond to heat treatment and subsequent aging with increased elongation.

Another very important raw material used is zinc. The zinc alloy used to make carburetors is known as Zamak 3. It is the first choice when considering zinc for die casting for several reasons.

Our carburetors are designed to mix the precise amount of fuel and air for proper engine operation. The ratio should be no more than 20:1 and no less than 8:1.
The ideal air-fuel ratio is 15:1. If there isn't enough fuel mixed with the air, the engine runs lean and won't function properly or could be damaged. If there's too much fuel mixed with the air, the engine runs rich and won't function properly or will produce a lot of smoke. We've achieved the perfect ratio. Therefore, we focus on the manufacturing process to prevent engine problems.
