Cylinder High-grade ADC12 with copper Substandard ADC12 with a copper content of 0.5-0.8%, which is below international standards. The high copper content in cylinders and pistons provides substantial increases in strength and facilitates precipitation hardening.
Piston High-grade AC8A with copper Low-grade cast iron We use a raw material composition designed to reduce ductility and corrosion resistance. Increased ductility, even by 1%, leads to greater versatility and higher performance at a lower cost.

Apart from giving the spare part the perfect appearance, a good finishing helps to create a smoother surface for higher overall functioning of a motorcycle. We offer both Color painted (Shiny black, Silver, Matt) & Sand blasted finish on Cylinder.

Evidence

We offer products that meet international quality standards. We offer a high-grade ADC12 with a copper content of 1.60-1.70%. In contrast, the copper content of other Chinese products is even lower than the international standard of 1.2% and above. Copper increases a material's resistance to breaking under stress or load.

OEM standards.
