Piston High-grade AC8A with a copper content of 1.65% Substandard ADC12 with a copper content of 0.5-0.8%, which is below international standards. We use a fresh raw material composition designed to reduce ductility and corrosion resistance. Increased ductility, specifically 1%, leads to greater versatility and higher performance at a lower cost.

We manufacture and market a wide range of pistons, piston pins, piston rings, and pin retainers, designed for the automotive market. Our 160 highly skilled team members manage our state-of-the-art R&D center, which comprises three distinct departments: technical, development, and mold making. We produce complex and specially shaped cylindrical bores. Utilizing advanced molding equipment, we manufacture all types of casting, die-casting, and forging molds with short production cycles, high production efficiency, and consistent quality. We offer graphite, tin-plated, and anti-oxidation coatings applied to piston skirts, which act as a self-cleaning buffer between the pistons and cylinder bores. As the pistons move, the coating wears away and fills any gaps in the skirt/cylinder bore. This creates an oil film layer to enhance piston durability and engine performance. In the piston kit, we offer different types of finishes: tin finish, standard bright finish, and graphite coating. In addition to giving the replacement part a perfect appearance, a good finish helps create a smoother surface for better overall motorcycle engine performance.
